Beatrice Brailsford
 
BEATRICE BRAILSFORD is the Pocatello, Idaho based program director of the Snake River Alliance. Beatrice grew up on a sheep ranch on the banks of the Snake River and joined the Snake River Alliance team in 1987 to help stop the Special Isotope Separator, the first of many victories she has helped achieve.

Beatrice graduated from Cornell and was editor of all publications at The Brooklyn Museum, where she also helped unionize the museum's professional, administrative, and technical employees. Beatrice taught at the University of Idaho. She has served on state and federal environmental advisory committees, speaks to and writes for a wide range of audiences, and has served as a peer reviewer for a number of publications on nuclear issues.
